Online program — free
The online program — the diagnostic, skill map, lessons, timed practice, and your study plan — is completely free. There is no subscription and no card is required, so there is nothing to refund.
Printable study materials — all sales final
The personalized workbook and subject packs are digital products delivered instantly and are therefore non-refundable. All sales of printable/PDF materials are final. Please review the product description and free samples before purchasing.
If a file is corrupted, won't open, or a purchase was charged in error, email us — we'll make it right by providing a working file (this is a replacement, not a refund).
Content accuracy
Our materials are prepared carefully. If you believe an answer or explanation is wrong, please tell us at support@collegepreppath.com. We review every report and correct genuine errors promptly.
Problems with a purchase
If a printable file is corrupted, won't open, or was charged in error, email support@collegepreppath.comfrom the address on your account with your order details. We'll make it right — usually by sending a working file (a replacement, not a refund). Any refund we do approve is issued to your original payment method through our processor, Stripe, and typically appears within 5–10 business days.
